Details of the directors and constitution (if any) of the company will be provided to the Companies Office by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC).

- 公司的 ACN 码 即Australian Company Number.

The Companies Office will send a message to ASIC requesting details of the directors and constitution (if any) details. Once the information is received these details will be entered on the register and made available to the public.
根据Financial Reporting Act 1993 （1993年财务报告法），在年度结算时，海外公司包括（注册的澳洲海外公司）需要向公司注册办公室上交财务报表。All overseas companies (including Australian overseas companies) are required to file financial statements with the Companies Office under section 19 of the Financial Reporting Act 1993.

- 现金流量表A Statement of cashflows

- 如果准备报表与审计是同一人，则免责声明不可以包括在财务报表里. The financial statements must not include a disclaimer if the party that prepared the accounts and the party that audited the accounts are the same
- 所有的报表需要由至少一名董事签字及日期The accounts must be signed and dated by at least one director.
那么具体怎样去注册一个在新西兰的澳洲海外公司(Australian overseas company)呢？一般我们可以在网上直接完成整个注册过程，具体步骤如下:
第一,首先进入Company Office 的网站（www.companies.govt.nz）, 并在主页选择’Online Service’, 之后点击’Form a Company’,再选择注册澳洲海外公司一项’Register an Australian company’.填写好您已经保留的公司名字’Reserve Name’ （“Reserve Name” 这一步与申请其他类型公司的步骤一样，她完成后才能进行 “Form a Company” 这一步）
第二, 输入澳洲公司代码,即ACN (Australian Company Number)
第三, 选择’Continue’(继续) ,系统会根据您CAN与与澳大利亚证券和投资委员会核查您澳洲公司的资料.您公司的保留名字，必须与在澳大利亚证券和投资委员会(ASIC)注册的公司相同. 这一步通常只需要几秒钟时间就可以完成与澳大利亚证券和投资委员会的核查.
