Robertson\u4e5f\u5728\u524d\u51e0\u65e5\u5411\u56fd\u4f1a\u8bae\u5458\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4f1a\u5728\u8fd1\u671f\u516c\u5e03\u5546\u4e1a\u79df\u91d1\u8865\u8d34\u7684\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u62ed\u76ee\u4ee5\u5f85\u3002\u4f46\u5728\u6ca1\u6709\u8be5\u65b9\u9762\u653f\u7b56\u51fa\u53f0\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u90a3\u662f\u5426\u5728Lockdown\u671f\u95f4\u53ef\u4ee5\u5411\u79df\u91d1\u8bf4\u201cNo\u201d\u5462\uff1f\u4e14\u542c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u89e3\u91ca\uff1a<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u67e5\u770b\u7b7e\u8ba2\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u79df\u8d41\u5408\u540c\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u7ffb\u770b\u4ee5\u4e0b\u60a8\u5f53\u65f6\u7b7e\u8ba2\u7684\u5546\u7528\u79df\u8d41\u5408\u540c\u662f\u5426\u662f2012\u5e74\u7684\u7248\u672c\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u786e\u8ba4\u91cc\u9762\u662f\u5426\u5305\u542b\u4e8627.5\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u8be5\u6761\u6b3e\u662f\u57282011\u5e74\u57fa\u7763\u57ce\u5927\u5730\u9707\u4e4b\u540e\u4e3a\u4e86\u4fdd\u62a4\u79df\u5ba2\u800c\u51fa\u53f0\u7684\u5951\u7ea6\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u8be5\u6761\u6b3e\u539f\u6587\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<em>\u201cIf there is an emergency and the Tenant is unable to gain access to the premises to fullyconduct the Tenant\u2019s business from the premises because of reasons of safety ofthe public or property or the need to prevent reduce or overcome any hazard,harm or loss that may be associated with the emergency including:<\/em><em>(a)<\/em><em>a prohibited orrestricted access cordon applying to the premises; or<\/em><em>(b)<\/em><em>prohibition on the use of the premises pending thecompletion of structural engineering or other reports and appropriate certificationsrequired by any competent authority that the premises are fit for use; or<\/em><em>(c) restriction onoccupation of the premises by any competent authority,<\/em><em>then a\u00a0<\/em><em>fair proportion<\/em><em>of the rent and outgoings shall ceaseto be payable for the period commencing on the date when the Tenant becameunable to gain access to the premises to fully conduct the Tenant\u2019s businessfrom the premises until the inability
