About this form

IR1102 is for claiming a repayment of residential land withholding tax before the end of the income year when you have ongoing New Zealand tax obligations or the sale was your main home and you have other New Zealand tax obligations.

Before applying

Do not use this form where the current form directs you to claim the RLWT credit through an income tax return instead. Complete the transaction, bank and withholder details and attach any required supporting information.
