Employers use IR346K for new employees, existing employees opting into KiwiSaver, or employee and KiwiSaver detail updates.

When to complete it

Provide the details before the employee’s first payday or with the IR348 that includes the first pay. Check the employee’s current KiwiSaver status before selecting an option.
