About this form

IR713 applies for a private ruling on a proposed, current or completed arrangement. A ruling binds Inland Revenue only for the arrangement identified in it.

How to use it

Complete the current application and supporting information. Inland Revenue has announced that private ruling applications submitted from September 2026 must use myIR.
