About this form

IR920 asks Inland Revenue to link an employer to a PAYE intermediary or payroll bureau for the employer’s PAYE obligations.

Before submitting

Enter both parties’ IRD numbers, the intermediary’s name, the intended start date and contact details. An authorised person for the employer must sign the declaration, then post the form to the address shown.
