Every company needs to file an annual return for updating the company details on the Companies Office each year. If you do not file on time, your company will be removed from the Register.

We can help you do this work. We will notify you in advance each year and confirm the information of the company with you to ensure your company can file annual returns successfully and on time. We might require the information of your company, including company addresses, directors’ details and shareholdings.

We charge $150+GST per annual return and extra $100+GST for changing address if needed.
