Tell IRD about changes that may affect your child support. myIR is usually fastest; you may also call IRD or use the IR116 paper form.

Changes to report

• A child enters or leaves your care, or no longer qualifies
• Your relationship, dependent children or recognised care arrangements change
• Your contact, address or other relevant details change
• Report changes promptly—some changes should be notified within 28 days
