About this form

A receiving carer can cancel child support under a formula assessment, voluntary agreement or court order. myIR is the quickest option; the IR107 paper form remains available.

Before you submit

• Have the paying parent’s name and the date you want child support to stop
• Decide whether IRD should collect any payments still owed to you
• You cannot cancel child support for a child for whom you receive an Unsupported Child’s Benefit
