About this form

Use IR119 or myIR to formally object to a child support decision or assessment. Contact IRD first if the issue may be resolved another way.

Before you object

• Submit the objection within 28 days of the decision or assessment date; explain any delay
• Include the decision reference, your grounds and supporting evidence
• Keep paying the assessed child support while the objection is considered
