About this guide

Use the April 2026 IR340 tables to calculate PAYE and other payroll deductions for employees paid weekly or fortnightly. These tables apply from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027.

What the tables include

The tables cover PAYE including the ACC earners’ levy, KiwiSaver, student loan deductions, compulsory employer contributions and ESCT. The PAYE calculator is also available; use the Employer’s guide IR335 where the tables do not apply.
