Use IR344 to correct Employment information IR348 that has already been filed. Use a separate amendment form for each pay date.
Before submitting
Show the original details and the corrected details, calculate any underpayment or overpayment, and explain the change. If more than two employees need amendments for the same pay date, attach additional IR344 forms. Amendments are generally available for four years from the original filing date.
