IR886 gives Inland Revenue information to review whether you are a New Zealand tax resident when you arrive, leave or your circumstances change.

Before submitting

The questionnaire is not compulsory. Complete the relevant arrival, departure, family, home, work and financial-connection details, then post the signed form to the address shown on the current form. Seek professional advice if your position is uncertain.
